Our stay at this beautifully renovated hotel was well worth the money. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the decor was impeccable. The hotel is located in a charming village with plenty of history, restaurants, and shops. The hosts, Terri and Robert, were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Highly recommended.

Terri and Robert were the coolest hosts, hooking us up with the best spots for eats and drinks. The bodegas they recommended were sick and we got majorly buzzed. The rooms were off the chain, all swanky and comfy, perfect for passing out after biking around the area. El Retiro definitely knows how to give us teens the time of our lives!

Only thing missing was a rad party room where we could hang with other young people. El Retiro, if you add a chill lounge where we can meet new peeps and have a blast, it would be the ultimate spot for us party animals!

Entering El Retiro Del Obispo felt like stepping into a medieval castle, located just inside a beautiful gate. The owners warmly greeted me and made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with attention to every detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The views from the rooftop terrace were stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop to relax and unwind. The owners were friendly and went above and beyond to assist with any needs during my stay. I was sad to leave, but I will definitely be returning for a longer visit in the future. I highly recommend this unique medieval retreat.

The 3rd-floor apartment at El Retiro del Obispo offers amazing city views from its terrace. I loved waking up to this beautiful sight every morning! The satellite flat-screen TV in the apartment was a great addition. I enjoyed cozying up on the couch and watching my favorite shows after a long day at the beach. The well-fitted kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my meals. It made my stay much more convenient and budget-friendly. The private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries was clean and well-maintained. It provided great comfort and relaxation during my stay. The seating area in the apartment was comfortable and cozy. It was a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

Personally, I found the tumble dryer in the room unnecessary. But I understand that some guests might find it useful and convenient.
